AL BAIK POINT began with a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of Arabian broasted chicken to every corner of the world. Founded in 1990 by the Al-Hassan family in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we started as a small corner shop with a secret recipe that would soon capture the hearts of millions.

Our founder, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Hassan, spent years perfecting the art of broasting — a unique cooking method that combines pressure frying with our signature blend of 18 spices. This technique creates chicken that is incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside.
